Medhika Sood is an ICF-ACC certified Coach and Facilitator with over 15 years of experience enabling leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, scale with intention, and deliver sustained business impact. A Certified Hogan Assessor, NLP Practitioner, FICCI-certified DE&I professional, and POSH Consultant, she brings a rare integration of business acumen, behavioural science, and human systems thinking.

An MBA with advanced qualifications in Organisation Development from TISS, Mumbai, and in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Medhika combines rigorous structure with deep psychological insight.
