Debashish Chatterjee

Debashish founded ValueKraft in 2023 after 24 years as a HR Practitioner across industries, and has led the HR function at the country- and multi-country levels in India and abroad driving Individual and organizational Transformation. He is an ICF-ACC Coach, a certified Facilitator, certified Hogan Assessor and a certified Lumina Spark Assessor. He is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has always based his work on deep connect with employees across levels, remaining grounded to enable changes that impacted individuals and teams positively.

His career was spread across four industries in organisations like Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Wipro Infotech, Wipro Technologies, Allergan (later Abbvie), and BYJU’s. He worked in India and the Middle-East in HR leadership roles.

As a Coach and Facilitator, he continues to leverage this deep experience combined with his Coaching and Facilitation skills to impact lives and careers. He is driven by his Purpose of “living a blessed life of Self-discovery, Compassion and Positivity by enabling Possibility and Hope for others. He sees both the Coaching and Facilitation journeys as his life’s journey, enabling a continuous state of self-discovery. He firmly believes “If I am unable to discover myself as a human being by being on this journey, enabling someone else’s journey is an ambitious ask”.
