Alok is an Executive Coach and a Facilitator with over 24 years’ of facilitation experience. He has conducted over 3000 experiential simulation-based learning programs for a large number of clients. Leadership Development, Merger & Acquisitions, Conflict Resolutions, Cross Cultural Integration, Business Productivity and Future Invention are some of the themes on which he has worked extensively with senior leadership teams. He has delivered programs abroad five times in Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Some of his work has been with organizations like SAP Labs, Intel, Pepsico, Sapient, Tata Advanced Materials, LM Wind Power, Rambus, Alcon Laboratories, Allergan, IIM Bangalore, Karnataka Police, Income Tax Department, Novozymes, Honeywell, Yahoo, Amazon and Flipkart among others.

Apart from facilitation, he has expertise in OD, HR and Software Product Support Processes. Competency Consulting for Capability Development of HR Team is another area that he engages with. He has conducted Assessment & Development Center (ADC) for multiple clients.

He is a Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from Delhi School of Economics (DSE), University of Delhi.
