Alok is an Executive Coach and a Facilitator with over 24 years’ of facilitation experience. He has conducted over 3000 experiential simulation-based learning programs for a large number of clients. Leadership Development, Merger & Acquisitions, Conflict Resolutions, Cross Cultural Integration, Business Productivity and Future Invention are some of the themes on which he has worked extensively with senior leadership teams. He has delivered programs abroad five times in Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
