Get to know us
There are a few key things that have always driven the way I have operated in all my years in the Corporate – being very close to the People for whom I existed and keeping them at the centre of all I did, Creating Value for them and the business, and remaining committed to these two with Passion and sincerity. I achieved this through close partnerships and teamwork with the stakeholders. That gave me fulfilment and Value to all the stakeholders. It made a difference.
ValueKraft, naturally, had to have PEOPLE at the centre. After all, it is they who drive Organizations. Also, People can be Individuals, People Managers, Business Leaders, HR, Top Leaders, and Customers. Whatever each of them does is for each other, through each other, and with each other. Hence, the very logical alignment for us to define our ways of working through our passionate tagline – “Creating Value for People through People with People”.
The above beliefs have shaped the imagery (logo) of ValueKraft depicting the Way of our working – through deep Partnerships with an intent to build lasting Trust by creating possibilities for all who approach us.

Internal self-awareness (Identity) involves understanding one’s own emotions, thoughts, and values. External self-awareness involves understanding how others perceive us (our Reputation) – Tasha Eurich
What is the correlation between the two? Which one are you holding on to more?

No wonder mere dumping of content on learners does not lead to desired change.

“Your outcomes are a lagging measure of your habits. Your net worth is a lagging measure of your financial habits. Your weight is a lagging measure of your eating habits. Your knowledge is a lagging measure of your learning habits. Your clutter is a lagging measure of your cleaning habits. You get what you repeat.”
– James Clear, Atomic Habits
Making behavioural shifts is a journey and not a one-time event. It needs a Vision, a purpose, commitment, accountability, and a review mechanism
